SKIRT TWO Here my skirt for day two. A Tulip shaped skirt with high waistband and pleat detail to the front. I have enjoyed making this skirt and I am really pleased with the results. I am loving the high waste band, every gal over 40 at this point needs that whether plus size or not. These low rise pants and skirts, and horrible. Nice job, again a really pretty print too!
